Child Check In Software

Roll Call's children's check-in software allows your church to set up computer kiosks in your check in areas for Sunday school, preschool, youth groups, VBS, Awana, or where ever you need to closely monitor who is coming and going. 

The check in system will:

• check students in using a bar code badge, key chain tag or by last name
• print out security labels for student and parent (optionally)
• record attendance and check in time
• check students out (optionally)

  Check students in.  Use a bar code badge, key chain tag or the student's last name to check them into a specific class.  If the student is not enrolled in the class, Roll Call will automatically enroll them into the class you select from the screen.  

Print security labels.  Your church has the option to print one or two labels after the student is checked in.  There are two label sizes available.  These labels can be used as name tags as well as security pick up tags.

Record attendance. Once a child is checked into a class, his attendance is recorded for that session.  Roll Call records the time he checked in.

  Check out.  Your church can decide if they'd like to record check out times as well.  Again, just swipe the bar code badge or enter the name to check out of a class.
