The membership portion of Roll Call church software allows your church to:

 Record contact information. The contact information stored in Roll Call includes a primary and alternate address, unlimited telephone numbers and an individual and family email addresses. Roll Call allows you to record birthdays, family numbers and the person's association (member, reg attender, etc).

  Track attendance. Would you like to know who is attending regularly or who hasn’t come in so many weeks? Attendance can be tracked for up to three worship services and for any group or class. Really speed up the attendance entry by using the type-ahead feature or a bar code roster and scanner for groups and classes. The Roll Call software includes a live check in process for your Sunday school or youth group, so the attendance will automatically be recorded.

  Track people's involvement. The groups and classes section of Roll Call allows you to keep track of the Sunday school classes, bible studies, small groups or leadership boards that people are enrolled in.

  Record special talents and gifts. The keyword portion of the software will allow you to track volunteer interests, spiritual gifts or talents. Need to find a mechanic for that single mom, whose car just broke down? No problem, find your mechanics with a simple query. Need to find someone to work in the nursery? Again, just query the folks who are interested in nursery work.

  Communicate with your congregation. It’s a snap to stay in contact with your congregation or group within your church by using the mail-merge and emailing capabilities. Write the letter, create the labels, or compose the email all within the Roll Call program.

  Customize the information stored. Many churches and denominations have unique data requirements. No problem. Use Roll Call’s custom fields to define the information you want to record. Some common examples are baptism date, first communion date, occupation, and volunteer status.

Produce directories.  Help keep your staff and congregation connected. Print and distribute directories. Roll Call can even produce picture directories.
