the following step #1 process to receive your free trial of our web
based "Outreach Connect" program. This step will provides CAA
Ministries with
the needed information and authorization to setup and create your
church's custom designed Outreach Connect program sites. All fields are required and
will be verified prior to you receiving your free trial.
Once setup
is completed we will contact you
by e-mail (within 48 hours) providing you with the step-by-step
documentation and
links needed to access your free trial program.

STEP #1 Required
Information needed to set-up your FREE trial program:
STEP #2 (Not
required for free trial)
Step #2
is for purchasing and billing processing. To continue using the
program beyond the trial period you must purchase the program by
completing step #2. It is VERY important that you complete step #2
prior to your trial period expiring, or your Outreach
Connect program will be terminated and all data entered will be
lost. After completing step #2 your credit card will be charged for
the first months billing.
Your second monthly charge will be processed 30 days from the end of your
trial period. The following reoccurring monthly charges will take
place on or about the same day each month until the program has been
canceled.
You may
cancel this program at any time. If for any reason you wish not
to continue using the Outreach Connect program simply contact us by
phone toll free at 1-866-475-1699 -OR- E-mail us at
support@caaministries.org with your cancellation request.
