Reporting
There are
numerous standard
reports included in
Roll Call church
software:
- The Confirm
Data report
outlines all
information
collected about
a person. This
report can be
sent to the
person for any
corrections to
contact
information.
- Attendance
reports outline
who has attended
worship services
and classes.
- Donation
Receipts can be
generated that
outline what an
individual/family
has donated for
a specified
period of time.
- Find Donors
report lists all
those who have
given or not
given to a
specific fund
within a time
period.
- A Pledge
Progress Letter
can be generated
to inform the
donor how they
are doing
against their
pledge.
- The Pledge
Summary outlines
each donor, what
they pledged and
how much they’ve
given to date on
that pledge.
- The Pledge
Fund Summary
outlines the
total amount
pledged to a
fund and how
much has been
given to date to
that fund.
- The Donation
Reports, show
how much has
been given for a
time period
broken down by
fund
(designation),
outline giving
by week through
a bar chart,
outline giving
vs. budget
through a line
chart and
outline giving
vs. attendance
through a line
chart.
There are
standard export
files (tab delimited
text) files:
- Export for
mailing includes
salutations,
name and address
- Export to
palm include
contact
information
- Export for
picture
directory
includes all
family member
names, address
and phone
There are three
types of directories
that can be created
in Roll Call:
- The classic
directory
contains all
family member
names, address
and phone
- The standard
directory allows
you to choose
what information
you’d like
included in the
directory and
the format.
- The picture
directory
includes the
family photo,
names and phone
number
If the standard
reports don’t
contain the
information you
need, use the Query
Editor and Quick
Report Editor to
create your own! The
query editor allows
you to find sets of
people based on
certain criteria.
For example, show me
all the people who
have given over
$1000 this year, or
show me all the
people who are
volunteers and who
are not members. The
Quick Report Editor
allows you pick
which fields you’d
like to see on a
report.
